Amy began working at the Museum in 2007. She previously worked for Oxfordshire County Council at the Museums Resource Centre in Standlake.
Amy graduated from University College London in 2006 with an MSc in Conservation for Archaeology and Museums. As part of the MSc programme she completed two six-month internships, the first at the Pitt Rivers Museum and the second at Wiltshire County Council Conservation Service. Amy also has a MA in Near Eastern Archaeology from the University of Toronto, Canada.
Amy has volunteered for several archaeological excavations and in Autumn 2007 was asked to take part in the first year of the Conservators without Borders project in Jordan, funded by UCL Futures. This was supported by the British Museum.
